Returns and Exchanges
All jewelry collections are returnable for credit, exchange, or refund. Simply return the item(s) within 7 days for a prompt refund or 30 days for a credit or exchange. Please email us using Returns (located @bottom ) for a return authorization number. We will promptly respond back with a RA#. All items must be in original showcase condition. Please note that item showing wear or those that have been altered, engraved, resized (by a jeweler other than Meyer's Diamond Center), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no RA#, and packages improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused . Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Shipping Information
Free Shipping on all order over $100, orders under $100 will be charged a $10.00 ground shipping & handling fee.
Express delivery: All orders for overnight and 2nd day air must be placed by 12:00 noon EST or they will be processed the next business day. Meyer's Diamond Center will confirm the availability of the item by email. If the item is available the charge is $30.00 overnight, $15.00 2nd day air.
All in stock item(s)should be received within 5-10days UPS ground service from the date order is placed. If the item is out of stock Meyer's Diamond Center will email you with estimated delivery date. You order status can be checked when you login and go to My Profile on Meyer's Diamond Center home page. (Only shows once you are registered and logged in). Your credit card will be billed the day item is shipped.
